Insurance Funded Services

We offer insurance-funded services designed for families seeking an alternative to a 3-tier model, to support families during times of transition such as a functional graduation from a traditional ABA model, navigating school or life changes, or accessing support while on a waitlist for a 3-tier program. Because these services are covered by insurance, they are often a more accessible financial option for many families. Our approach provides focused guidance and practical strategies to help build and maintain progress, create consistency that you can feel confident in, and ensure your child continues to receive meaningful support at times that matter most to you.

Private Pay Services

Private pay services offer greater flexibility and access, as they do not require a specific diagnosis or insurance authorization to begin. This allows us to tailor support to your child’s unique needs and your family’s priorities, rather than being limited by insurance guidelines. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies can benefit anyone looking to build skills, improve behavior, and create meaningful, lasting change, not just those with a formal diagnosis. Private pay also allows for more individualized goal setting, flexible scheduling, and a pace of service that works best for your family, giving you more control over how and when support is provided.

Group Parent Training

Group parent training offers a supportive and collaborative environment where caregivers learn evidence-based strategies while connecting with other families experiencing similar challenges. These sessions provide practical tools, shared insights, and real-life problem solving, helping parents feel more confident and less alone in their journey. Group training can often be funded through insurance when clinically appropriate, or accessed through private pay for added flexibility, making it an accessible option for families seeking both guidance and community.

Specialty Services

We offer specialty services designed to target specific areas of need, including certified behavioral sleep training, ADHD-focused support, and adult support services. Research shows that 50% - 80% of individuals with Autism are impacted by sleep disturbances. An impacted sleep schedule can significantly impact learning, behavior, family stress, and overall treatment outcomes. Additionally, 30% - 60% of individuals with Autism have a comorbid diagnosis of ADHD. Although ABA can effectively support ADHD-related challenges, these needs often require a different lens that emphasizes flexibility, regulation, and real-life application. Our specialty services are designed to meet the needs of individuals with that have had challenges accessing comprehensive services for multiple diagnosis.
