Our Story
The vision behind The Behavior Hive was shaped by deeply personal experiences. Founders Shaneya Logan and Sandra Yepez Haro both grew up alongside close family members diagnosed with Autism in the late 1990s and early 2000s. From an early age, they witnessed the isolation, uncertainty, and lack of support that many families face when navigating an Autism diagnosis. These formative experiences sparked a lifelong commitment to supporting neurodiverse individuals and empowering their families. When Shaneya and Sandra met, they quickly recognized a shared passion and aligned values that were centered on providing high-quality, assent-based, and neurodiversity-affirming care. What began as a shared vision soon became a mission: to create meaningful, lasting change in how services are delivered and experienced.

Our Mission
Our Purpose
Our mission is to transform the way families and individuals support neurodiversity by providing compassionate, assent-based care through a behavioral skills training model rooted in neurodiverse-affirming values. We are committed to empowering families and individuals with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to nurture unique strengths, honor autonomy, and build meaningful, connected relationships. Through evidence-based guidance, respectful collaboration, and a deep belief in the potential of every person, we aim to create lasting change not just in behavior, but in mindset.

Together, we strive to foster connection driven support that embraces a more inclusive future where neurodiverse individuals are not only accepted, but celebrated—at home, in the community, and beyond.
